NEHORIA

Legal

Privacy policy

We collect almost nothing, and here is exactly what "almost nothing" means. Last updated July 2026.

What this site collects

nehoria.com is a static informational website. It has no user accounts, no comment system, and no payment processing. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data to anyone.

If you join our email letter (when available), we collect the email address you provide, only to send you the letter you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click, and we delete unsubscribed addresses.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability; these are governed by the host's own policy. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser requests the font files.

Purchases happen on Etsy

All purchases are completed on Etsy. Any information you share when buying – name, email, payment details – is handled by Etsy under the Etsy Privacy Policy and by our shop's privacy policy there. This website never sees your payment information.

Why we use what we use

Legal bases where GDPR applies: your consent (the email letter, which you may withdraw at any time), and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning.

Retention

Email addresses are kept while you remain subscribed. Technical logs are kept by the host for its standard short periods.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU under GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these, contact us and we will respond promptly.

Children

This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect information from children.

Contact

For any privacy question or request: through our Etsy shop or the contact channels listed on nehoria.com. For purposes of EU data protection law, the seller operating Nehoria (based in Mexico) is the data controller.
